“Good place to work”
Current Employee – been working at National Irish Bank
Pros – Part of a Danish bank so not hit by same crisis as Irish banks. Tightening up but still strong team feeling.
Cons – Be prepared to work long hours and to be at the end of a phone 24 hours a day. Changes to the bank are hard (closing branches and seeing staff leave) and there is definitely more work for everyone who stays.
