    Pros

    - Easy to access the uni via the MRT - Cheap food on campus - Pay increases yearly - Good work-life balance - Comfortable work environment

    Cons

    - Sometimes lab work/experiments can have a touch of uncertainty as you may have to come in during weekends and/or after office hours. But those are usually few and far between. - Be prepared for failed experiments especially in the first year of work. Research is never easy. - Being paid on a research grant that will expire means your job is not 100% stable unless your PI is able to acquire new grants frequently to keep the lab open and running. - If you're not too interested in research, this position may not suit you.

    Advice to Management

Continue to look after your employees welfare.
