    Pros

Very stable and strong finanacial company. They have almost instant name recognition within the communities they serve. They have good work/life balance.

    Cons

Never see senior management or even local regional management without attending a company meeting of some sort. At times feel as though you are thrown to the wind and do not receive motivation from above.

    Pros

The Company is on a pattern of a lot of growth and opportunity as it aligns its companies to one brand.

    Cons

The growth and alignment and "sausage making" going on to get to where NW wants to be is going to be challenging, maybe a bit worse before it gets better.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Nationwide full-time

    Pros

Interviewers were courteous. Compensation seemed to be fair. Questions were asked off a sheet of paper.

    Cons

It was hard to hear the interviewers through the conference call, there was more than one which I was not aware of previously.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company values should be more visible.
