    Pros

No one is there to monitor you

    Cons

Most managers are bullies, hardly come to office , senior management are 3000 miles away. People only come to office when one of the senior VP's in town in San Jose

    Advice to Management

Get rid of employees who are bullies

    Pros

Exposure to new and current technologies.

    Cons

    - Professionalism is at a low level in this company.
    - Management allows people with known mental health issues to train new employees which is a recipe for disaster.
    - Favoritism appears to be rampant as well as sabotage of employees.
    - My supervisor was completely uninvolved with my progress and made it very clear from the beginning he had no interest in my work.
    - Lack of diversity - this company does not appear to hire any minorities other than Indian and even they were few.

    Advice to Management

Get more involved with individual teams and find out what's going on from an employee perspective.

    Pros

    - Nothing
    - They might suggest that you get to learn a lot of technologies, however, it is a total myth..u r limited to your domain and are hardly given a good opportunity.

    Cons

    - Night shifts with extremely negligible allowances.
    - Zero growth opportunities. No Onsite opportunity.
    - Running a school rather than a professional organization. With management being teachers and principals and employees students.
    - crazy HR policies and zero administration, These departments are probably the worst in the company, and somehow in company R&R they keep on giving rewards to themselves. Ironical.
    - Exit policy is a shame. Ex-employees have to follow up several times to get their dues only to find out inaccurate deductions in full n final settlement.
    - Getting ur PF transferred/withdrawn is a nightmare. Nobody bothers to inform you on the same.
-All the best in case you are planning to join this self proclaimed "MNC"

    Advice to Management

    - Can't advice someone who has eyes and ears shut to employee issues. All the best!!

    Pros

Very technology driven company, provides good over all experience on technology front and even non technical side.

    Cons

Poor India management - Nothing really good apart from pro mentioned above. Employee moral is really low. Very high expectation and hard to compete in a very political environment.

    Advice to Management

Take some classes on people management

no real sense of focus, direction, strategy, support or active management. its all quite hit and miss. presented as a serious business out of the uk but in reality its far from that. all smoke and mirrors with employees having to carry out dual roles.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

To pursue a career in Managed services and IT Outsourcing Services, as this is a growing sector in 2010 and beyond.

    Cons

It's an unethical sales force who openly does not care about its customers. They burn many, many many sales people. The company was founded by a succesful Investment Banker who acquired distressed assets and put together a company with the assets of old, failed companies. The Sales VPs and Executives lack basic sales experience on their resumes. The company offers no training, very poor documentation on any of its services, and they knowingly mislead customers to think Managed services are practised near shore in the US when in reality everything is outsourced to India. Nothing wrong with off-shore IT-Outsourcing, but you should be upfront with clients and openly explain how the account gets serviced on a daily basis. There should be a desire to promote transparency to clients, not a desire to cover things up.

    Advice to Management

Hire a CEO who is passionate about IT Outsourcing and the future of computing to lead the company. Focus on improving your customer experience. Hire professional Sales VPs who have real experience running a sales force and don't "fake" their way into their current positions. Begin the move from Managed Services to Cloud Computing.
