Current Employee – been working at NaviSite
Pros – Lots of technology, you can get to work on different projects where you might learn new products. It is a plus.
Cons – no salary increases, even if you get goo reviews, do not expect any increases. Negotiate your salary before you start.
Advice to Senior Management – There are a lot of good talent in the company but there is no motivation. You work a lot and no rewards

Pros – great company to work with. gives you better chances to grow your skills and pays you well for the same
Cons – you have to work a lot
Advice to Senior Management – hire resources

Former Employee – worked at NaviSite
Pros – JOb responsibilities are lot different from the job description, but god help from peers.good for job growth prospectus. Good peers.
Cons – Not organized. Project planning is a little week, always tight deadlines as a result of improper planning. Need more exposure to newer technologies.
Advice to Senior Management – Need more skilled upper management and accountability to their work. Work effectively and effeciently. Have a lot more clarity in the work to be done.
