    Pros

Promote positive discussion between cross-functional teams. Offer many cultural discussion between all levels of the organization allowing the ability to question leaders.

Many of the tools that are currently used have been developed over years, they have become so interlaced that understanding them has become a challenge.

Current Employee - Manager  in  Tulsa, OK
Current Employee - Manager in Tulsa, OK

    Pros

Good place to learn as you tend to become involved in things you wouldn't normally deal with per your title. Lots of hours & if you like OT you could likely work 7 days a week during the summer months.

    Cons

Troubling times in the truck industry is delaying pay increases & the little things are becoming extinct. Seems to be take & take recently. Pay could be better for the pressure one puts up with as soon as you startup daily. Seems your always behind due to the added responsibility's after layoff's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You all tend to worry about your own #'s walking in & are oblivious to what folks have been dealing with before you became involved in situations & expect those involved to drop everything just for your needs. Quit being a bully as we are being puled in so many different directions.

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Well established dealer network and old school reputation.

    Cons

Upper management functions as if they are trying to apply a basic B-School case the read yesterday. What a shame.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clear yourselves out and bring in fresh upper level material before the last few qualified and knowledgeable middle managers take off. Existing leadership is incapable of facilitating the change required.
