    Pros

Good 401k and insurance. Home office.

    Cons

3 different managers in less than a year. The latest manager is not even from the industry and refuses to learn so can't help. Only does ride days with his reps, but doesn't bring anything to the table when riding. Just takes up space. Have to go to other managers for help/advice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Retire. Make your managers learn so they can help their team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

    They rent very nice offices

    Cons

Sales-- you will be axed after 4 months if you are not at $30k per month sales with an average sale at $2k. Do the math. Expect to work from 8am to 10pm with lunch and dinner breaks and also put in 6-12 hours on weekends.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Carpet bagging French company pays US sales $11/hr base so their French and German and UK people can take 6 week vacations, work 30 hours a week, etc. In an industry--mailing that is dropping like a Stone.

    Pros

    Cons

Poor customer service. Poor invoicing and customer resolutions. Internal communicaiton is non existant. A lot of dead weight at the top. Wages are comparable to industry standards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow thru with what your goals are. Have an open door policy. Respect and treat others like you would like to be treated.

I have been working at Neopost

    Pros

Excellent product and great President, most people make the environment great. The endeavour to offer their staff growth through projects and amazing intention of engagement.

    Cons

Some tenured members are mean and embarass the companies integrity. Heavy on the mid range managment staff, the majority are women with critical senior roles only held by men. No real growth opportunity is expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A correction should be made at the executive level and far more accountibility is required at that level. An improvement in positive communication should be established. Improve pay scale to your existing talent. Hire a female senior executive.

    Cons

pay structure is getting worse every year used to be a job you could make greast money if you worked hard. now you will work hard and make ok money.
senior executive is a joke. personalities rule the decision making process.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

leave your personalities out of decision making process. \come out of your office and walk a mile in our shoes. you wont think we are overpaid.
