    Bad

Account Executive (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

    ProsThey rent very nice offices

ConsSales-- you will be axed after 4 months if you are not at $30k per month sales with an average sale at $2k. Do the math. Expect to work from 8am to 10pm with lunch and dinner breaks and also put in 6-12 hours on weekends.

Advice to Senior ManagementCarpet bagging French company pays US sales $11/hr base so their French and German and UK people can take 6 week vacations, work 30 hours a week, etc. In an industry--mailing that is dropping like a Stone.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Globla organization afraid to change

International Project Manager (Current Employee) Paris (France)

ProsSmall company with access at all levels to decision makers. Good people who care about their jobs. B2B industry player with few competitors and plenty of transformative opportunites.

ConsVision and action are not consistent globally. The organization structure does not encourage change. Employees are increasingly disengaged, with little investment in ongoing development.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook to the future through employee development and global management practices. Invest in back-end business structures that are current, scalable, and localizable. Embrace change as the legacy you will leave behind when you retire in the next few years.

Poor customer service and failure to launch new products and solutions

    Account Manager (Current Employee)

ProsGood benefits and flexiblilty in schedule.

ConsPoor customer service. Poor invoicing and customer resolutions. Internal communicaiton is non existant. A lot of dead weight at the top. Wages are comparable to industry standards.

Advice to Senior ManagementFollow thru with what your goals are. Have an open door policy. Respect and treat others like you would like to be treated.

Fast paced/ high performance expectation with limited resources or support.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsExcellent product and great President, most people make the environment great. The endeavour to offer their staff growth through projects and amazing intention of engagement.

ConsSome tenured members are mean and embarass the companies integrity. Heavy on the mid range managment staff, the majority are women with critical senior roles only held by men. No real growth opportunity is expected.

Advice to Senior ManagementA correction should be made at the executive level and far more accountibility is required at that level. An improvement in positive communication should be established. Improve pay scale to your existing talent. Hire a female senior executive.

Don't work in the Indy office

Account Manager (Current Employee) Indianapolis, IN

Pros-Good money if you are selling
    -Good benefits

    Cons-Terrible leadership
-No training, or extremely inadequate training
    -Poor management
    -Unstable market (currently)

Advice to Senior ManagementSales people are not motivated by intimidation techniques, they need positive feedback and encouragement. If a company treats you right you will want to work for them and the turnover rate will drastically reduce.

Sales Representative (Current Employee) Shelton, CT

ProsNeopost has a really fun culture and treats all employees with resepect. The Senior Management has a good vision for the company and explains that vision to all workers. I think they really care about the people they have working for them. Even though salaries are not the best, Neopost knows the importance of family life and promotes all employees to have a good work life balance.

ConsThey need to put more focus on training new employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to spend more time matching the right people to jobs
