    Pros

Good people – good benefits – great opportunities for people to advance for those who want to Pay is good

    Cons

Tell us to be creative – but you have to do it in a very specific way There is very little work life balance – tell you take time off – but expect you to show up to meetings on your days off No one speaks up anymore for fear of not being a Team player

    Advice to Management

Quit changing the benefit programs. Knock off the Real Recognition. NCE is a waste of time – please just let us just do our job

    Pros

Great benefits, good pay, overtime hours, and the people are able and willing to help you learn, and teach you what you need to know to plan and progress in your personal pay progression.

    Cons

It's a smaller plant so, there are things that corporate expects us to act and be as productive as a larger facility. If a larger facility makes a mistake, it has less impact on their overall numbers where as if we do the percentages, and numbers, that we go off of are a little too tight, to be able to 'make up' the difference.

    Advice to Management

Know and understand that we are smaller, we don't have 2 crews, and the mistakes that people make are GOING to be more impactful to the production techs, and our work/life balance, than it would a larger plant.

    I worked at Nestlé

    Pros

the best part was the free ice cream and pizza. Also the freedom of being out in the trade everyday and not stuck behind a desk at an office job

    Cons

the hours were way too long at times. It could get very stressful and you have to deal with a lot of different personalities

    Pros

pay is middle of industry range, benefits good, work hours average 40-50 week with some peak periods requiring more

    Cons

bonuses low past 5 years due to company performance lagging goals, standard corporate politics

    Advice to Management

take big chances to improve long term performance, same old thing gets you same old results which have not been good for 5 years

    Pros

Good job to use as a stepping stone as they will train and pay for you to get a class B CDL. Benefits are good. Atmosphere among the drivers is awesome. Great people that do a difficult job make this place what it is.

    Cons

Way too many managers walking around doing nothing and most of them don't care. Only time they've 'cared' is when the union election came around recently. Pay should be better, expect to work 12 hours to make your check look good. Raises are a spit in the face. Every accident is your fault. You better not get hurt, because you 'shouldn't be getting hurt'. Routing problems add even more time to your day. Company doesn't back up it's employees that's why it's a revolving door there. Just use this place as they use up their drivers.

    Advice to Management

Figure it out you're smarter than us anyway. We're just dumb drivers.
