    Pros

It is a very diverse workplace with plenty of opportunity for advancement. Nestle really cares for its employees and wants to see them rise up and succeed,

    Cons

From an engineer's perspective, it is much more general than ever described, no real specialization, especially in the factories. Nestle also encourages rotating between factories, so one will not be in the same location for very long. A plus for some, but can become quite burdensome.

    Advice to Management

Even in a stagnant business area, continue to seek out new ways to improve safety and cost efficiency. Just because a product has been around for half a century doesn't mean the original process is the best way to get things done.

    Pros

Great pay, work conditions, people, benefits and support. Good work for what you are asked to do. Nice people to work with.

    Cons

You are asked to work long hours and on some holidays and weekends. Not much opportunity to move up unless you are near corporate offices.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, especially when you ask for their feedback. No follow-up on questionnaires. Not sufficient support on system improvements. Not enough timely marketing information distributed.
