Great company that values it's people and offers work/life balance

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsI'm proud to work for a company that has an unparalleled portfolio, brands I grew up with and trust. I feel valued for my contributions, encouraged to step up and be heard, and empowered to move forward with strategic decisions.

ConsHaving a flat organization means it's not a title driven structure. We do so much more than what our job titles indicate.

Great Company To Make A Career With

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat people. Value-driven organization, that is constantly looking for ways to improve, while being both socially and environmentally responsible. For those that are willing to manage their own careers, and are open to relocation there are many possible career paths.

ConsWith any large company there are more and more politics to navigate the higher you go in the organization. Nestle is no different.
