    Pros

Kind, compassionate, and highly competent colleagues. A company with a purpose...to positively impact people's health and quality of life. Part of a much larger corporation, thus providing innumerable opportunities for career growth both in the US and abroad.

    Cons

Work life balance. We're getting better at this every day, as we work hard to identify non-value added work and eliminate it from the over flowing plate.

    Advice to Management

Become more comfortable with the 80% solution instead of waiting until the 100% is defined. Continue the good work on streamlining work and eliminating waste.

    Pros

People were very friendly. New HQ is gorgeous. Solid perks and pay for Interns.

    Cons

A bit too laid back at times. Not the most energetic place to work at.

    Pros

Physically active, plentiful overtime, good benefits, working outside, high tempo

    Cons

Physically tiring, wears on your body, large workloads, tendency for injury, difficult to balance sales goals with physical toll

    Advice to Management

Sales goals are not necessary for this job. The physicality and workload alone are more than enough to occupy employee's minds while operating a truck. Adding sales goals on top of that leaves your employees at risk of being excessively stressed which is not a good thing while operating a truck and trying to keep an extremely fast pace of work.

    Pros

pay and benefits are really good. Worked for nestle waters for 8 years and there's always some form of overtime to work

    Cons

workimg for nestle waters can be stressful at times and since it operates 24/7 your social and family life can get in the way

    Advice to Management

I would say treat everyone the same, a lot of favoritism goes on with this place and certain people get promoted

Nestle Waters is really a great place to work. Yeah, it's just water, but if you can drink the cleanest/best, why not?

    Pros

Working at Nestle Waters showed me that a large company with a "do what's right" philosophy can really exist. What could be better than that?

    Cons

I honestly can't think about any real negatives. Possibly ownership by a multinational might bring some inefficiencies, but even the parent company has many attributes of doing what's right.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to keep doing what's right. And keep trying to be competitive in the marketplace, and to keep making such a great product.

    Pros

Always knew what was expected. Company seemed to really care about their employee's. Benefits of their employees seemed above average.

    Cons

24 Hour operations, not always able to speak directly with employee, supervisor, or manager. Time card system seemed to be off-liner quite often for hourly employees.

    Advice to Management

Consider allowing employees to have more input into work method improvements and working conditions. Reward employee performance more often.

    Pros

Good salary, good benefits. Employees help one another. A bit of a "family" atmosphere if you will, with an emphasis put on safety.

    Cons

The main problem (for me anyway) was the 6PM to 6AM shift. I gave it a real effort (after all, this was a great opportunity) but I was absolutely stupid by 3 o'clock in the morning. As I was in Logistics and driving a forklift in a very fast paced atmosphere, it made for some very unsafe conditions (for me as well as my fellow employees).

    Advice to Management

Management seemed to be on the ball. however, if you would like a more diverse and capable workforce ,( while not pushing individuals to their absolute limits) consider different scheduling scenarios.
