ProsNestle Waters believes in its employees and seeks to foster an environment of inclusion and transparency as much as possible. The company provides opportunities to learn and be part of an interactive work team. Leaders seek to understand what your ideas are and how they might be incorporated. NWNA offers excellent benefits with several to choose from based on your own individual needs. Additionally, the leaders offer a level of flexibility if something comes up and you need to leave early, etc. Hard work and being part of a team is the way of life here.

ConsThe organization is a flat organization so a clear career path isn't always evident. The review and career goals process will help with shedding light onto roles you may not know of which is great.

ConsNWNA is a lean organization that has a strong track record for success, but gets alot done with a little. Training and development opportunities are largely experiential, with limited formal training and education opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to place a greater focus and investment in training and development. Employees are empowered to pursue learning opportunities, but leaders need to understand that more robust training programs and tools are needed to achieve long term growth.

ProsThe executive leadership team is experienced and can be trusted. There are great opportunities to advance and grow your career. The pay/benefits are very competitive.

ConsWork/life balance can be a challenge, but you don't necessarily have to work excessively. Some times of year require more of a time commitment than others, but the company rewards/recognizes you appropriately for what you do.

ProsI have worked at NWNA for 5 years, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The employees in Stamford HQ are smart and fun to work with, and everyone is committed to the company's success. Work/life balance is a plus, and the company's "healthy hydration" portfolio of brands are easy to be proud of. Turnover is very low in my team - very few people want to leave the culture and the leadership. Overall, I would strongly recommend NWNA as a place to work.

ConsThe culture can at times be "too nice" and allow lower performers to linger for years before being addressed.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be afraid to make difficult decisions on long-tenured employees who don't have the right skill sets for where the company is headed.

A good place to work for work-life balance

ProsNon-competitive environment. You can chart your course and move up in the organization without competing with your peers for positions. If the company wants to promote you, they will. It doesn't mean someone else won't be promoted or that you have to "wait your turn". Great for people who are ambitious and smart.

Not about face-time. Everyone leaves the office by 5:30pm so it provides great work-life balance.

ConsIt is a sales led organization rather than marketing led. This means that a lot of decisions are made based on what a customer wants rather than what is strategically and financially right for the business.

ProsClean, comfortable, and less stressful work environment. Hours are flexible depending on workload. Good pay and weekend off with nice coworkers.

ConsSometimes workload may be overwhelming, but this is alleviated by help for good coworkers. Occasionally, equipment failure force you to work longer hours.
