“Good for engineers”
Former Employee – worked at NetQoS
Pros – Good culture, good people, good products. Relative to other companies that size, the benefits package was good and they reviewed salary twice a year. The employees care about what they're doing and about their customers. The products are probably top of the line for that space.
Cons – Somewhat political, rewarding hard technical skills more than softer "people" skills. May have changed since they got acquired by CA.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat all employees fairly.
