    Pros

Company is very well known within the industry in China, a good company to have on your resume. Lots of opportunities for growth if you are a software engineer.

    Cons

Not much growth opportunities for administrative and sales staff. Very hierarchical culture, where the management makes decisions about everything, opinions from bottom levels are rarely considered. Lots of overtime for international departments.
