    Pros

it is a young and passionate place, where you can put your idea into real. People you work with are very nice.

    Cons

You begin with a low position and your co-work may not be as out-standing as you expected. And the salary is not much.

    Advice to Management

The management should be more efficient. And the company maybe should open some management positions to people from out side of the firm.

I worked at New Oriental as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

not bad salary some time you have enough free time (except summer and winter holiday) not complex relationship with your colleagues and leader

    Cons

too busy in weekend and holiday. It is not a good experience of missing some family activity especially when they are free to planning a party or go for travelling. You must be super independent, keep your style in teaching and could not follow others.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on training for new teachers.
