    I have been working at New Oriental (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. Providing sufficient trainings to employees from different departments; 2. Providing satisfactory salary to employees, especially teachers. 3. Excellent boss, of course I mean Minghong Yu, the president and CEO of New Oriental.

    Cons

    1. Limited career development. 2. An employee has to take a lot of work , job definition is not clear enough.

    Advice to Management

    1.Have more clear management structure will help improve the effectiveness of the company. 2. Pay attention to current education quality, which is not as good as before.

    People are nice and caring each other. Feel like big family. Strong company culture. Care about the customers.

    Working hours is too long. More training should provided.

    Pros

    Good salary great Challenge, passionate people outstanding chance for student who wants to apply a US school. Good location and culture

    Cons

    Heavy work load. deal with all kinds of students and clients. No rest, No lunch, No break. Travel required test required. these are the main challenges that I met.

    New Oriental is a world know educational organization. It provides equal opportunity and infinite development prospect for young people with talent in languages.

    Cons

    It is difficult to balance between work and life. It posts a physical challenge for teachers during busy seasons.

    training opportunity , travelling opportunity. learning culture. no dress code. the money is good

    crazy hours . sometimes I finish work at 9 in the evening . And working for 2 months in a roll without a day off is normal.

    Leading brand in the market, has best teachers and the largest market share. The CEO is an icon in China, very influential among young people.

    Cons

    Facing the challenge of online education. The salary is not competitive anymore, facing the problem of losing talents
