I have been working at Newport

    Pros

At Newport Corp there is room to grow for hard workers who are motivated to advance. Upper management runs the company fairly well.

    Cons

There is weird division between different facilities. It makes no sense why the CEO allows this to happen. The Irvine facility is in an old building.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Run the company as 1 business!! Why does lasers get away with doing their own thing? Why do we spend huge money on a single ERP system but can't pull together HR?
