    Pros

Can't think of any apart from Sydney HQ being near Central train station.

    Cons

Work their staff into the ground. Nasty culture. Only worth working if you drink Kool Aid.

    Advice to Management

Management too arrogant to take any advice.

    Pros

Fast paced, highly visible, "cool" industry, opportunities to transform and change the way the company works

    Cons

Dinosaurs in change. Very hierarchical and resistant to change. Bullying atmosphere and very political

    Advice to Management

Senior leadership needs to change and power given back to a new CEO who can and will change the company

    Pros

A few really great minds. Some passionate creative professionals. Amazing friendships formed.

    Cons

No accountability. Bullying, passive aggression is rife. Little to no support from direct manager. HR scared to challenge dictators and narcissists. No processes. Very unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

Hire skilled people managers. Show heart. Provide flexibility. Stop cutting heads and then. Zero morale, no respect and crushed pride. Requires a full overhaul of managers to weed out toxic behaviour.

    Pros

Some people, mainly on the digital floor are nice work with.

    Cons

Antiquated view of digital publishing. By the time editors understand the benefits of a digital product we may in the next millennium. Self serving environment which only protects those in power.

    Advice to Management

Trust your team, their are actually people who know a little about digital.

    Pros

Ok company to work for a little while.

    Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of respect to the employees.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect, they are the most valuable asset on the company.

    Pros

Always the people make the place worth while. They did have a flexible working model and were trying to improve the culture

    Cons

Homophobic and misogynistic. At the time managers had a blind eye approach if they were not directly involved. There was a lot of upheaval with an organisation that was undergoing transformation. However their appeared to be a self serving approach from senior management at the time. Very little support for innovation or progressive business approaches

    Advice to Management

Continue on the path of transformation but exercise integrity with your words and actions. It will create a cohesive and productive working environment if you stop the sabotage to protect your possitions.

    Pros

I worked with a lot of great people who we're really talented and committed. I learned from my peers while I was there.

    Cons

Projects went from super important and urgent to not as important as the next shiny thing.
I didn't learn from senior management or get much support during the tough times.

    Advice to Management

Support your staff to be their best.

    Pros

Few to none.... tHIS COMPANY WITH dIRECtv IS NOT A GOOD eXPERIENCE....

    Cons

As reference to their DirecTV account, the initial training is adequate. But then they dump immediately into what they call "nesting", which is live calls with what is very minimal, and inadequate support. If you fail to meet their AHT (Average Handle Times). you are let go. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances...

    Advice to Management

Remove your "nesting", and build a side-by_side program with an experienced agent. This will increase your new agent retention by an amazing amount...

    Pros

nothing really I hate every thing there

    Cons

It is very political environment, they are not professional and can't handle any criticism.

    Advice to Management

be fair and honest. Also get rid of your current middle management team, there are not good and all the employees know about that. I've not heard anything but bad stuff from people who are working there.
