    ProsWorked at both Canada and US office and regardless of org size rotation opportunities exist.

    ConsPolitics is beyond tolerable and work life balance is often neglected because of interaction with Japan

    Good company overall but needs some tuning

    Pros-Good environment
    -Place to learn
    -Good exposure to regional/global counterparts

    Cons-HR is lacking and lagging in terms of policies and maturity
    -Complete lack of flexibility in working hours
    -Pay is below market average
    -Departmental budgets are very tight with extreme cost cutting, which affects operations and projects
    -Headcount restrictions cause work overload

    Advice to Senior ManagementHR management in some locations need changing
    Pay market average
    Give more flexibility in working hours, this is not an elementary school, treat employees like adults
    Fix budgets & headcount before all the good people are gone

    – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    It was a good experience.

    ProsNissan is a multinational company. You can work with people from other countries. You can use the cars for weekends if you ask for one.

    ConsToo much overtime with not saying thank you or anything. Managers are not nice, some of them not even say hallo back to you.

    French mixed japanese campany

    ProsMany opotunity to go to another country.
    Tech center is far from big city,so it require a lot of time to go the office.

    ConsPromotion is limited especially for engineers.
    Very dark atmosfeare at tech cebter.
    It looks like ,young engneer looks not so happy.

    Advice to Senior ManagementMore open mind is required.
    They ususaly only follow upper manegement direction.
    For engneer ,there are limited oprtunity to promotion .
