    maybe salary.
     international environment.
    fast changing environment
if you an "ass-licker" - you will progress.

    Cons

a lot of unprofessionalism among the employees.
HR department is rather creating problems then helping.
People are not educated and not receiving take-overs when newly employed.
    No information sharing or storage.
A lot of hires are dumm by their nature, they do not understand the processes. Hard to work with those people.
    Very disorganized structure.

I have been working at Nissan

    Pros

On-site gym and child care center.

    Cons

We are all asked to produce more with less resources. Quality of work suffers when quantity is demanded. Customer service related departments have an extensive training course before the employees begin their work. Other more technical areas have no training course and the staff are expected to train each other with minimal managerial input.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management promotions don't work when the new manager lacks knowledge or experience in the new department. Mentor your subordinates.

I worked at Nissan as a contractor for less than a year

    (Translated from English)

    Pros

    - Bon

In Nissan Europe, working in Marketing Communications team:
    - Big company, looks good on CV
    - Lots of media/advertising budget so you get to do some crazy cool stunts
    - Opportunity for travel
    - Good salary
    - If you are a serial office politician this is the place for you
    - Some very good HUMAN work colleagues

    Cons

In Nissan Europe, working in Marketing Communications team:
    - Tons of office politics, gossip and just plain nastiness
    - People rotate their positions a lot, so many people have NO idea of what they are doing
    - In Marketing Communications, people never heard of the basics such as KPIs and objectives
    - Crippling hierarchy: everything you do needs to be approved by senior management (sometimes even the CEO)
    - Random people get promotions & raises, usually the office buddies and those cozy with management
    - Crazy working hours: sometimes meetings at 9 PM! Management complains if you want to leave and get on with your life. If you have kids these meetings will just go on without you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) Please realize people have lives outside work. 2) Please judge your colleagues by their WORK and not by gossip/comments from other people

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Nissan as an intern for less than a year

    (Translated from English)

    Pros

The HR kept me waiting for 25 days to answer that due to internal restructuring the internship has been cancelled

    Cons

    Même pas obtenu d'entretien

Did not even get an interview

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I did not even apply for the jib my CV was in your data base and they approached me for it
