    I worked at Noblus Group part-time (more than 3 years)


    Customers and quality product are the top priority, unquestionably. It is great to work at a company that keeps that in mind. Noblus specializes in servicing the telecommunications industry and provides products that are very hard to get anywhere else - they have the candy and the customers are the babies (to make an analogy of it). That isn't to say the customers are dumb (that's not true at all), it is to say that the product quality is so good it is easy to sell and keep customers happy. This is the kind of company you want to work for.


    Attention to customer satisfaction makes scaling tough. If you work with Noblus and your customer relationships fall short, you will fail. There are also a lot of less than reputable competitors out there, so if you are looking for a well regulated industry where everyone wares starched shirts and trusts a handshake, this is the wrong one for you. Noblus' management team very effectively manages relationships, but the cut throat nature of the industry can be off putting to some.
