    ProsThroughout my career, I've worked with very intelligent and technically minded people in software development, system engineering and product management. It's a rather young company that's still trying to find it's footing and direction though.

    ConsCompensation is fair but not great. Promotions and minimal cost of living raises are difficult to come by.
