I worked at North Carolina State University part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good environment. All people here, including professor and students are very kind. The whole university has a uniform campus value.

    Cons

Traffic for students is not good enough. People that don't drive own car will become inconvenience during night and weekend.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep hire more professional employees to increase the whole quality of education here. Also it is good to pay students more money for research assistant and teaching assistant.

    Pros

Everything about working for the athletic department was a joy. My co-workers and superiors we're all an ease to work with and made my internship that much better.

    Cons

It's hard to find a con about my time working there. If I had to point out a negative it would be the that parking is very scarce so first come, first serve.
