    Pros

Excellent salary. Meaningful work. High ethics.

    Cons

Harsh work environment with tiny cubicles, endless noise, cold rooms, limited light, endless firedrills. Many lost weekends, holidays, vacations, and evenings due to 24/7 culture that has no work-life boundaries.

    Advice to Management

Reduce layers of management and focus on achieving priorities on time.

    Pros

Every day is different and there is a frenetic pace to the monthly financial rhythm. If you're doing it right you'll never be bored.

    Cons

Executive management structure is too heavy and there is no good system for wealth distribution. It all stays at the top of the corporate pyramid.

    Advice to Management

Share the wealth down to the professional level more. Make sure people feel appreciated and valued that seem to be going away the past few years.

    Pros

Love the work environment. Lots of the projects they have you work on as an intern are very interesting.

    Cons

You may be stuck working on the same thing. May not get to move around to learn other things.

    Pros

Good healthcare and benefits. Supervisors were knowledgeable and easy to approach. Interesting, cutting-edge work. Always something new going on at work.

    Cons

Irregular, long hours. Lots of nights, holidays, and weekends. The company is split into sectors which do not communicate or work well with each other. If you're in a good sector, you get great health care, benefits and pay. In another sector, all of these might be mediocre at best.

    Advice to Management

Don't make the sectors compete with each other for resources. It creates unhealthy competition between sectors and employees will try to leave one sector for another one.

    Pros

Great flexibility, engaging projects and work, good people and comfortable work environment. Great opportunities for extracurricular activities and outreach efforts. Lots of opportunity to gain expansive experiences.

    Cons

The salaries offered as decent but not competitive. Outsiders are often better compensated. Despite the numerous opportunities to move around, many hiring managers still operate from an old time mindset of hiring friends or hand picked individuals, which prevents others with capabilities to move up.
