I have been working at Northrop Grumman

    Pros

Flexible work schedules and a great work / life balance make this an excellent company to work for. Additionally, there was I level of job security with management always looking for coverage for employees as contract work ebbed and flowed.

    Cons

While each employee should take it upon themselves to advocate for their own career, there could be some more guidance to help strategize about career paths. Furthermore, there could be better definition of job responsibilities.
