    I have been working at Novo Nordisk full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    I have worked here 8+ years and HATE it. No pro's to list other than it is a paycheck.

    Cons

    Terrible management from Senior level to DBM. If you voice concerns get ready for the witch hunt to begin. Partners are so paranoid they start trying to throw each other under the bus.

    I have been working at Novo Nordisk full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Patient focus centrered and high willing to defeat diabetes are the most attractive points at NN. Sustainability are increasing worldwide footprint.

    Cons

    Environment "appears" open door but if it is a real challenge of the status quo the power principles prevail. There are many systems estimulates the employee to be transparent and then protected by anonymous terms but it will be disclosured if it make business sense and employee will not be into short pants; most of bosses are arrogant and politics are the basis to have career growth - it is not competence based but relationship instead; in daily basis the more the structure goes down company values disappear;

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Review talent and succession management for driving the company toward real competence based; fight against huge conflict of interest among peers; bring back the founders spirit that are reflected in company values;
    Make sure diversity in board of directors re to origin and gender are there - it is not KPI driven rather it is walking the talk;

    Pros

    Benefits, pay that's all that I can say anything else on the pros line will just get me stared on the Cons

    Cons

    All Brown nosers from top to bottom , if you are NOT in the drinking crowed or the bike riding , or golf crowed then forget it, looks like 90% of the reviews here are from the HR department. which has all the say so like someone posted here. our highest manager position in the company can not get rid of a person HR proved that they have full control, there is no room for advancement so forget that unless you in the buddy system, they will hire their buddies from the outside and then hire two more people to work harder covering for their lack of experience for less pay. It is true that HR forks out a lot of money to keep their reviews high and always brags about it. forget it if you need a pay increase I have been there 6 yrs and never once. if you are on the carpet life is grand. you can watch your slaves work for little money and no respect just as long as you yearly kpi can buy you a new car. HR controls every little thing Management from highest to lowest does not even have half a clue wtf is even going on cLean is a joke get rid of all the walls or just paint the walls with dry erase paint so you can write all over them. all employees will stab you in the back thinking that's going to get there somewhere in advancements but complain and cry when management go outside on a hire and pass them. if you are smarter then they are you are blacked balled. and to be honest I wouldn't even recommend working for this company to my worse enemy. I have seen the way they treat out maintenance techs you are not a tech you are an operator don't touch the machines you will get a write up you run them and operators will tell you what to do when to shut it down and when to work on the equipment, you are now the operators B__ch. ask HR
    and who runs this company Lars? never seen him or any other top Danish mangers on the floor maybe if you get them off their fishing trips or running around their drunken spurts with the uncle sam outfits

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    fire everyone of you HR and you Management team HIRE all new lets not leave out cLean you can cLean them right out the door as well
