    Great place for steady employment

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsThe best part about working at OLG is the pay and work/life balance. Management is very flexible if you need time off for appointments and most employees are able to work from. Also, in my department the co-workers are great.

ConsLack of advancement and politics. Management really only looks out for themselves and plays favourites. If you are good at sucking up you will get promoted.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't take employees for granted and stand up for us.
