    Pros

Great Pay even without receiving a raise within the last 5 years and upto 4 more years without one Benefits are great for F/T employees and good for P/T employees if they are able to work enough hours to keep them

    Cons

Work/Life balance is not existent. Vacation is very hard to get approved. Everything get approved verbally and then when it comes to putting it to paper its a constant battle to get approved. Even times getting denied at the last minute. Management is to wrapped up in themselves to even care about their employees. Ever since the modernization plan came out all they worry about is their numbers and how they are going to look for their future employer.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the way of looking for the little things that man employees happy. ie. speaking with you employees without them having to come seek you. Commit to thinks you plan to follow through on in a timely fashion.

    Pros

The best part about working at OLG is the pay and work/life balance. Management is very flexible if you need time off for appointments and most employees are able to work from. Also, in my department the co-workers are great.

    Cons

Lack of advancement and politics. Management really only looks out for themselves and plays favourites. If you are good at sucking up you will get promoted.

    Advice to Management

Don't take employees for granted and stand up for us.
