Cons – Not much guidance in advancement, it's mostly plot your own course. No 401k match. Time off maxes out somewhat low.

Pros – expose to lots of new tech, coworkers are very friendly and helpful! Very flexible working hours, the bicycle group is amazing.

Cons – The company structure is quite flat. Promotion is rather based on years served in the company. If you are patient and enjoy stable life, this company is a no-brainer choice.

Advice to Senior Management – more promotion, cash or title wise, will be really helpful to boost the morale. A bigger office with facility like mini gym, pingpong table, will be wonderful.

Pros – I absolutely love working for this company. The work environment is exactly what I was looking for: friendly, comfortable, and casual while maintaining professionalism and reliability. OSIsoft only hires candidates with prominent backgrounds, so I'm surrounded by intelligent, upstanding people. I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of personalities and cultural backgrounds. At OSIsoft, I was able to obtain a non-traditional engineering position that still utilizes my engineering background.

As a company, OSIsoft is successful and stable. OSIsoft's products are extremely beneficial to their users, providing them value in many ways, including resolving, or even preventing, critical production situations. I feel fortunate to be working for a company whose products and mission statement I appreciate and support.

Cons – There is not an abundance of offices, so geographic location is somewhat inflexible, with the exception of traveling positions, such as salespersons. Also, they don't participate in 401k contribution matching.
