    temporary assignment

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsSeemed like a very nice place to work. Position was temporary possibly to hire but I had to stop working due to pregnancy complications.

ConsCannot think of any cons except maybe difficult to find parking unless you are given access to the company parking area.

    Watch out for age 55

    HR Manager (Former Employee)

ProsGreat benefits, Business casual dress, great vacation policy

ConsSince their birth in the 60's they have had a reputation of tossing away talent in clusters when those dedicated employees pass age 55. That practice continues today.

Advice to Senior ManagementPromotions are a mixed bag on internal and external candidates. They have a habit of promoting non-US citizens in violation of federal employment law which states the only way you can do that is if the job is so unique that the promote is the only person anywhere that meets the job requirements. Foul.

    Constant change and development

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Midland, TX

    ProsGreat benefits and 9/80
Work can be busy but not overly taxing
Environment is friendly and professional but individual experiences I think depend on the team and manager

ConsNot much room for career advancement without some field office experience and an overseas stint. Middle management is hit or miss and not always the best suited for that position (sometimes see promotion on seniority-which is not always a bad thing)

Advice to Senior ManagementHave more reviews/visits with employees to discuss direction and career goals etc. Being more open with the decision making process.
