Former Employee – worked at Ocwen Financial full-time for less than a year
Pros – What can I say it's a job.
Cons – Change your schedule with no notice. Would prefer you to work 7 days a week. Attendance policy is horrible. Rules change everyday.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees.

Pros – No limit on overtime-they pay double time
Decent Benefits
PTO-Vacation and Sick Time All in One Bank-Can Use as Needed.
Convenient Location
Cons – Extremely High Turnover-management wants employees to work every Saturday because people leave faster that they can replace them. No Joke-this place has higher turnover than McDonalds or Taco Bell.
Very Poor Training
Incompitent and Rude Management--management has no clue how to do their jobs or what their employees do, they are just ready to make demands and act very rude and demanding on the employees. Very Rude People in Management.
**This place is like working in a "Sweat Shop".
Health Hazard-Mold Growing in the Walls and employees are constantly sick. ***They have been reported to OSHA several times****
Unsanitary restrooms.
Managment in the Company Uses Profanity on a Regular Basis While Addressing Employees and Verbally Abuses Them in Front of Other Managers and Employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Get a clue-train your management so they can train the employees!!!

Former Employee – worked at Ocwen Financial full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Money is only the motivating factor nothing else is good in ocwen financials
Cons – Bad management who terminate people for silly mistakes HR is a puppet in hands of management
Advice to Senior Management – Its not worth wasting my time to advice the management as CEO and Chairman are sitting in US and allowing indian in competent managers to run the show.Management does not know what t.l is doing and managers just do some time pass and leave for the day.

Former Employee – worked at Ocwen Financial full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – You get paid well and on time, that depends on the process you are working for, some processes, "non revenue generating" is like a sweatshop, you are at the mercy of the management, the individual is not respected, represented or considered.
Cons – Work hours, shifts, amount of work (directly effects incentives) are all controlled, so be prepared to get that Vaseline and pucker up. The management in the US either is not aware of the polices followed or chooses to ignore them. Ignorance is bliss and all that. Deniability is a much sort after tool in policies followed by all branches of the company.
Advice to Senior Management – People are just that people, not everyone can't be judged by the same principles, there is no template that you fit on the individuality of a person and if there is excess or shortcomings then get rid of the person. You want experience, the way you get it is with experiences. You look for experience when recruiting, however, do not value it when gained in the organization, a retention oriented policy is more favorable than a replacement based one. The only ones who gain are those in charge of recruitment.
HR and management needs to put away the cookie cutter mentality, this is a job environmental, not Darwin's theory on survival of the fittest. Learn to uphold your promises, just because the person who made the promise does not exist in the organization, does not give the organization a way out. We have no control of what goes into the files. not every one is blessed with an Eidetic memory.

Current Employee – been working at Ocwen Financial full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Cubicle, people, computers and cafetaria
Cons – No career path. Senior management people joined as stop gap arrangement. Absolutely no ownership or trust of employees in the company. Marginally pays higher than market price to attract talent to come and work in a rot.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to make the company a great company that outlasts your life not the one simply makes you rich.
