Cons – change of leadership and direction happens often, hard to keep up with new vision of company

Cons – wages could be more competitive and inconsistent scheduling (never the same days on a week to week basis)

Pros – Promotions from within strongly encouraged and great "next level" preparation. Happy and accepting environment for all. I actually held myself back a bit because I didn't want to leave my family. Work/life balance is also strongly encouraged. Finally, it's wonderful to work for a company that is stable and has confident leaders.

Cons – It's retail... and with retail, the hours sometimes are a pain. Pay isn't worth mentioning because nobody really gets paid what the feel they deserve. Compensation is, however, competitive.

Pros – Fun, high energy, great people, great company! I love working retail, and it had been some time since working in a store. I enjoyed coming to work!

Cons – I had to commute over 30 minutes and sometimes the shifts were 4 hours, or were cut shorter, so I ended up paying more in gas when that happened.

Pros – the best reasons to work at Old Navy is it is easy, you get a nice discount, and during holidays you get alot of hours.

Cons – A downside to working in any retail place is that there is some months that the store is very slow and you do not get many hours.

Cons – Holidays/Weekends/Nights mandatory, as is in all retail. Taking a turn toward less internal advancement and more external recruiting.
