    Great at first, Downhill Fast.

Relationship Associate (Former Employee) Redondo Beach, CA

ProsClients are great, co-workers are great, relaxed work environment. Not as crazy in terms of sales goals like Wells Fargo or Citi bank, etc.

ConsManagement from top down is incompetent. Regional management was moved around, thinned and replaced with people that only care about sales. They say they care about creating relationships with clients but their motives are purely based on sales and profit. The company is changing rapidly for the worse, mostly because they are looking to sell their assets soon.

Pay is also well below par for comparable work at other banks.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompensation is severely lacking, as well as regional management policies and procedures. Regional management doesn't care about the customers needs, only making sales, as was abundantly clear in multiple branch visits and customer interaction reviews.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

ConsHourly pay is crummy. Lots of favoritism going on within the company. The company does not like to spend money on employees.
