    Pros

Hours, recent merger may lead to some new opportunities.

    Cons

Dated! A lot of department head suck in the past. Agessive sales goals, OWB will nickel and dime you to death. No tuition reimbursement, most expensive health insurance choices every little room for growth. Company does not pay for any parking expenses.

    Advice to Management

Develop a career path. Get rid of management that not have basic pc skills.

    Pros

Transferring between departments is not difficult. The work can be very interesting depending on the department. The pay is fair, mostly and management does try to promote fairly.

    Cons

Upper management seems hesitant to approve OT and promotions. Must pay for parking monthly of you work at corporate and want to drive. "Relationship Centers" are slow and do not receive many clients.

    Pros

Although the base pay was a lot lower than other banks, there was a very competitive quarterly bonus program based on sales statistics.

    Cons

The training was a joke! Personal bankers were in the same class as telephone customer service reps! They did not have the same policies, or even all of the same programs.

    Advice to Management

Create an online resource tool for different procedures and policies! The hardest part about working here was that the policies were all on paper, which we know do not update themselves! An online resource tool would have all instructions in one place to ensure all employees are aware of the most current procedures.

    Pros

Clients are great, co-workers are great, relaxed work environment. Not as crazy in terms of sales goals like Wells Fargo or Citi bank, etc.

    Cons

Management from top down is incompetent. Regional management was moved around, thinned and replaced with people that only care about sales. They say they care about creating relationships with clients but their motives are purely based on sales and profit. The company is changing rapidly for the worse, mostly because they are looking to sell their assets soon. Pay is also well below par for comparable work at other banks.

    Advice to Management

Compensation is severely lacking, as well as regional management policies and procedures. Regional management doesn't care about the customers needs, only making sales, as was abundantly clear in multiple branch visits and customer interaction reviews.

Flexible hours, great work friends. Nice interaction with clients and building relationships with them. I really like the incentive component for branch employees.

    Cons

Hourly pay is crummy. Lots of favoritism going on within the company. The company does not like to spend money on employees.

    Advice to Management
