    Pros

    The only advantage of of this company is that you get the opportunity go get onsite as they file your H1B.

    Cons

    1. They will ask a heavy amount of money to be deposited in order to file your H1B. 2. Very secretive company. Nothing is transparent. Emails are either not replied or take days. 3. Illegal and fake H1B approach. 4. You will be asked to give interviews once you get into US. This is because the clients mentioned in your H1B are fake. 5. The company's motive is to make use of you for around 2 years and then throw you away.

    Advice to Management

    Have some determination to grow. Treat your employees as your strength.

    use and throw, use for short term only

    bad and unexperienced management and lack of processes

    delist it from stock exchange no buyers in market

    Pros

    There is no single thing to be appreciate.

    Cons

    Monthly payment may delay upto 1-2 month based on client payment. HR department is pathetic. No Learning..

    Advice to Management

    Be Responsible for employee related argument and for sure payment need to be done on time.

    Less work pressure You can learn to work in mediocre work environment

    Cons

    Mediocre work environment. AC will be switched off quite often. Seat Management is a disaster Yo will get salary only on 7th or after 7th of every month. Sometimes salary will come by 20th of month Company depending only on few skilled Managers(they do everything from (coding to resource management) No or Minimal increment No one take care of employee grievances. Variable componenet in CTC (around 20%). It will not be paid No reward or recognition for good work but you will get stick if you on par Absurd leave policy

    Advice to Management

    Please reward & recognize employees at lower level also. Please define proper KRA and follow them strictly Mimimize the distance between senior Management and bottom level employees Try to satisfy the basic needs of employees, especiaaly salary on time Provide good work environment to employees
