I worked at Orange Israel full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The company has pretty young employees which contributes to the general working atmosphere.
the management tried to embrace it's employees for quiet some time.

    Cons

The saleries are pretty low than what is normaly accepted in the market.
For the last couple of years, since the competition in the communicatuin market in israel has growen, and the margins has droped the management tend to treat the employees like slaves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to restore the ambience that once ruled the company, and you might gain some more loyal employees.

    Pros

The main two reasons to work there are: the ability to maintain work-life-balance, and the feeling of belonging to one big family.

    Cons

The major reason not to work in this company is due to lack of promotion opportunities, the pyramid is very narrow.
