    Pros

    Benefits. Salary. Work life balance.

    Cons

Total focus on French customers, despite claims, management is short sighted.

    Advice to Management

Says they are a global company but all efforts go into France only - resources, budgets, processes should be global!

    Pros

    Great views of Bay Bridge

    Cons

The CEO should really consider replacing the current so called HR Manager. She is unprofessional, petty, jealous, and very intimidated by other women who have an upbeat attitude and who actually works. She dresses unprofessional for her to be the face of the company, unorganized and not so bright. She is intimidated by others who get the job done and she tries to find matters within a person that does not exist. The position she hires for has a high turnover because she is afraid that one day upper management will see she is unfit for her position. She lies about what employees don't do!

    Advice to Management

Need more diversity and need to reorganize the HR Department with someone new. Recently an employee who raised the bar was let go I feel this employee was let go due to intimidation and jealousy because this person rocked also bought a great vibe to the office and just out of nowhere poof gone! I do not like the current HR Manager more like spamager! George your the CEO please consider replacing this person!!!

    Pros

Average insurance coverage and diverse work environment.

    Cons

Outdated internal tecnology systems patched/ cobbled together making it extremely difficult to support customers in a timely manner. The great benefits are an illusion - you have to jump through many hoops to take your annual and sick leave. Company disrespects US Labor laws (Wrongful termination, Race and Gender Discrimination etc). Lots of foreign employees with questionable "right to work" in USA status Most employees have not received pay raises for the during of their employment there. Losing marketshare to American competitors - company is a fraction of what it once was in Atlanta.

    Advice to Management

Follow the US law if you intend to operate in America. Stop bringing French student "interns" and taking jobs away from more highly qualified Americans. Listen to your customers - what sells in Europe may not be what your American Fortune 500 companies want.

    Pros

Flexible work environment, hefty vacation time and great medical/dental benefits. Peers can be some of the best around, if nurtured.

    Cons

Less and less focus on delivering services internationally. The company has lost it's appeal to the global marketplace. Employees suffer from political decisions vs. what's best for the company, the saying it's not what you know but who you know is running throughout the company. If you are not based in France, you will go nowhere. Too many internal politics, processes that don't work and outdated tools and systems making daily life a nightmare. Growth outside of France is highly questionable. Layoffs in the US for 2014 total over 1,000 employees and 220 employees in Europe to be laid off July-Dec.

    Advice to Management

Turn your culture around to the international focus it had under previous management. Nurture your employees who produce and give you results, regardless of their location. Hold employees in ALL locations accountable for their work, or lack their of...

    Pros

Paid time off, ability to work from home

    Cons

Horrible upper management especially in the West Region also AME's top. Little to no raises even with oustanding performance. Capped commissions. Waste of time kick-off meetings. Cronyism all over. Lack of support in most vital areas - the list goes on and on.

    Advice to Management

Start over at the regional AME's head and find people who understand customers and employees.
