ProsOxfam is a progressive organization with a mission for social justice.

ConsAs flat an organization as it claims to be, it is too hierarchical and bureaucratic.

An exhilerating roller coaster ride

ProsThe staff is incredibly smart, talented and passionate about the mission of the organization. We manage to climb very high mountains despite the challenges, external and internal.

ConsSenior management is out of touch and out of date. People are afraid to challenge leadership publicly because they (the staff) care so much about Oxfam and don't want to cause harm.

Advice to Senior ManagementUpper management team has reached a tipping point and needs a refresh.
