    Pros

The work is challenging and you are constantly learning to think on your feet and be creative and flexible in your thinking. People from many different cultures come together to work and learn from each other.

    Cons

Work-life balance is hard to maintain. Lack of flexibility in working hours. Equipment can be limited as a result of a lack of funding. The workplace is a little crowded.

I have been working at Oxford University full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The tutorial systems are something you don't get any experience of elsewhere. The social life is also great, provided you have time. It opens the door to a lot of networking and careers events, you just have to capitalise on that on your time here

    Cons

Constant essay crisis, meaning that you alternate between crying and drinking and procrastinating. There truly is a lot of work involved and far more than other universities
