Its a growing company with a lot of room to grow.

Financial Specialist (Current Employee) Pittsburgh, PA

ProsCompany in growth. Not to big where the ceiling has been met, but not too small where they are out of the game completely. They are on the move.

ConsTechnology is a little bit behind, but they role out consumer early and often but sometimes you need an updated infrastructure to support.

If you show the initiative and pursue opportunities, the sky is the limit.

Business Systems Analyst (Former Employee) Pittsburgh, PA

ProsChallenging work, great people, heavily regulated industry which means there will always be work, very rewarding experience, they give you a lot of opportunities to succeed but you must be willing to earn it

ConsThey're working hard to bring in fresh, new talent, but it's a slow process; some people will get frustrated with it but just be flexible and driven

    I am a Switcher

    Switcher (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsGreat supportive environment, great team work

ConsSalary is mediocre at best. The future incentive plan for the Universals appears to be a great improvement... but only time will tell. Many times banks improve the incentive plan, but slowly and gradually move the threshold

Advice to Senior ManagementI'm not conviced that "The Bank of the Future" is really the best thing all around

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
