    Good management team, good training program, good bonus structure. Able to help customers achieve their financial goals.

    Cons

    Only insurance offered is high deductible health plan. Sometimes you can't get the vacation days you need because of needed branch coverage. Opportunities for promotions are limited unless you want to stay in a branch.

    Very Professional. They really make you feel like you have a voice. I always felt looked out for. I have never worked with such great and laid back people. Every single person I worked with and met was great.

    Cons

    Pay is a little lower than other banks and can take longer to move up in other positions within the call center.

    Monotonous work, stuck at your desk, high turnover, inconsistent measuring of certain metrics which affect bonus pay,

    Increase pay to retain more valuable employees. Start a rotation program so employees can see a broader scope of the division as a whole.
