    Pros

Good company to work for. Pnc is a top tier bank that has industry leading technology for clients to use. The name draws clients in.

    Cons

The company only starts you off with 2 weeks of vacation for the first 3 years. Retail banks are now becoming call centers to push products on to clients.

    Advice to Management

To ease down on cold calling clients. Clients do not want to be bothered for wasting their time. Focus on calling the clients and identifying a need instead of mass calling.

    Pros

As a new mother of two, I adore the fact that there is a back-up daycare center in the Pittsburgh footprint. I was able to bring in both of my children when they were 6 weeks of age and have them a floor below me for 6-8 weeks while I navigated life as a new mom and working mom. It was a fantastic move everyone in our family appreciated.

    Cons

I do not have any cons on this company.
