    Pros

Depending on if you have a good manager or not, there is room for growth and networking within the company.

    Cons

Old facilities, not always respected if you are a contractor, focus is too much on safety rather than developing products.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring contractors, hire permanent employees. Allow people to go outside the box, instead of just doing things the way they have been done in the past.

    Pros

Great benefits , office culture, professional and personal growth. Plenty of opportunities to move up in the company. Broad range of skills developed.

    Cons

Did not provide the tools that are necessary to succeed. Played the blame game. Did not have enough engineers to support the facility and all the initiatives that they were ramming down your throat. Travel notifications 2 days in advance for some trips.

    Advice to Management

Maintain the facilities and show your employees the respect they deserve. Many of them work extra hours and holidays to ensure their facility keeps running as smooth as possible.

    Pros

    - Solid company positioned well in its industry with a strong financial strategy
    - International reach provides opportunities for experience outside your current role
    - Attentive to young professionals, frequent networking events with upper management
    - Numerous opportunities for operational improvement if you have an independent drive
    - Nearly-full compensation for graduate degree programs

    Cons

    - Low pay relative to industrial / regional peers
    - Career growth limited to retirement-based openings and re-organizations
    - "It's not when you show up at the office, it's how late you stay."
    - Outside of Sales, most roles trend towards business-as-usual monotony

    Advice to Management

With a lopsided workforce, much more attention should be paid to the young "stars" before they leave for greener pastures.
