    Pros

    If you are wanting to become a manager its a great place to work because you can learn alot of difference facets of the company such as HR, Operations, Payroll, Store Logistics,etc. You can get experience that can catapult you to the next level in your career.

    Cons

    On the retail side, your not able to enjoy holidays with family (Thanksgiving is Black Friday weekend. Memorial Day, July 4th, etc.)

    Pros

    Excellent company to work for with great benefits. Management is excellent and they really care about their employees. Very knowledgable group of people.Most of them have been with the company for a very long time thus having vast experience which they have no problem sharing.

    Every department might have their own little cons but overall the company is excellent to work for.

    Great company that has ben around for over 200 years.

    The management was a mess in my store. She was the reason the store couldn't succeed.

    Pros

    Excellent benefits, pension, & vacation days. A lot of people have worked here for decades. If you find yourself in a good group of people you will enjoy it.

    Cons

    Very hard to move up the ranks. Not sure if this is partly due to the lifers that cause few openings at the top. Also, harder for women to get top spots. This is a menswear company. There is a boys club.

    People, culture, atmosphere and products. This is what sells at PVH. A company that knows how to deal with employees and has an extensive love for its products.

    Comprehensive training, annual reviews/raises, internal promotions, corporate community initiatives, encourage and support work/ life balance, wonderful health benefits, great employee assistance program

    Not enough payroll hours to accomplish all necessary tasks and customer service, low associate pay, operationally heavy at the store level,

    Raise associate pay so that we can hire better associates and compete with other retailers, give more hours for better return due to more time focusing on customers better incentive programs for managers(attainable goals), include assistant managers in incentive programs
