I worked at Pace Micro full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Relatively good rates of pay and bonus scheme

    Cons

Since Neil Gaydon and the UK Exec team were removed and the key operations transferred to the US, the turnover of staff has increased with 10 hour working days been the norm for many people. Until the appointment of the current Chairman this was a great company to work for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on retaining key staff rather than just on keeping the share price up

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Bangalore (India)

    I worked at Pace Micro

    Pros

Because of the nature of the work, long hours are not always necessary. The salary is not bad, technical knowledge sharing is prevalent.

    Cons

HR policies are a pain, the finance team is almost invisible, very unprofessional over all. The organizational structure leaves too much room for improvement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try keeping the HR policies more transparent, and without some regulations for those, too many employees and former employees have broken bridges and would not like to be associated with the company in any form again.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Approves of CEO
