Pros – Work is done in planned manner
Work life Balance.
Onsite opportunities.
Diverse experience.
A global company
Cons – Decision Making is slow because of too many process.

Pros – Work-life balance,
Respects individual values,
Learning environment for those who are seriously willing to.
Appreciating and encouraging environment.
Patents submission and paper publications can be done and encouraged decently
Cons – Compensation should be as per market.
Advice to Senior Management – Most of senior management is decently good. Please continue the way you are doing now. Business is some thing which you may have compete to survive. Four acquisitions is meaningless. Always keep debt ratio less 2x times the money you earn its easy to pay.

It depends on you how you want to work
Cons – If you are not pro-active, there can be a problem with you
STB market is good this time, Scenario can change after some time
Advice to Senior Management – Keep people engage in major responsibilities.
Try to make employee participate in future growth and they should be dedicated.
Advance development activities to be encouraged.
