    Pros

Easy job, very little actual responsibility, really flexible hours

    Cons

Boring, no real interaction with the callers, calls become "robotic" because they are so short and repetitive.

    Advice to Management

You might as well go the fully-automated route...you're already three-quarters of the way there

    Pros

Working from home and more family time.

    Cons

High job stress due to emotionally worked up LEPs and a very low per minute rate.

    Advice to Management

Implementing an online login system will help to save headaches for both schedulers and interpreters.

    Pros

Flexible Poisition. Good Pay. Work from home.

    Cons

They will hire and fire you over the phone. One complaint aganist you and you are out the door without a chance to understand what happened. Quality assurance won't take into consideration your loyalty, your high statistics performance nor your great qualifications. Even if you took calls during your off hours, they don't care.... you will get a message that "Pacific has chosen to terminate your services.... Have a GREAT DAY...."

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your telephonic interpreters

    Pros

The really good thing about the company is that you work from home and there is a lot of OT so you can use the time your saving traveling working a few extra hours

    Cons

This use to be a great company to work for you had an appropriate number of calls during the day so you were able to work without stress providing your best work to customers now after Language Line Solutions took over we became the same as them now a good customer service doesn't matter your health doesn't matter now they only care about the amount of calls you can take during your shift Im not joking at all Im still working here the amount of calls went up a 100% since they took over. Language Line Solutions is the worst employer you could ever had, we are not 100% Language Line Solutions yet so we can stay manage but as soon as we change completely Ill be out of here

    Advice to Management

Think about your employees health you are killing us stop thinking just about money and think about the quality of the service
