    Pros

Great products, great recipes, great longetivity of the company, great brand awareness.

    Cons

Company is going through a lot of changes and job security is at an all time low. DSA is a tough business with all the changing technology.

    Pros

I really enjoy selling PC items. I enjoy learning new things and I like doing cooking demos and online parties. The pay seems fair for the time I've committed to it. They have great name recognition so it's not hard to sell things. Customer Service is always pleasant when I call and treat me like I'm important.

    Cons

Very hard to stay active if you have a small group of friends. I'm not someone who'll just go on social media and friend everyone out their to sell my products. My friends are the type that don't really buy a lot or want to have lots of parties. I have a hard time going out from that list of friends and since their are a lot of PC reps lots of people already have a friend that sells the product.

    Advice to Management

Lower the amount it takes to stay an "active" seller. Some months I struggle to get even a single party. I love PC and the products but the stress of trying to maintain my level sometimes doesn't feel worth it.

    Pros

Flexible hours, fast paced environment, room to grow.

    Cons

Changing culture has left employees on board who haven't adjusted to a new agile marketing environment.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the change! Figure out who needs to be replaced still.

    Pros

A good company to work for if you like kitchen products.

    Cons

You have to work hard to make earn money from the shows, which is actually easy if you're having a good time presenting the products to your customers.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

coming from small rural areas it cost us twice as much to go to seminars and conventions not only are flights more but in order to participate we usually have to come a day early and stay a day longer as there are no direct flights from our areas

    Pros

Progressive management adopting Agile, new systems are better in marketplace than competition, communication from Directors down and up seems pretty good, if you have a good idea people want to hear about it and make it happen. People talking positive about technology.

    Cons

Lot of sour grapes on the floor. Old timers stay linked to the past where the systems were absolutely awful and complain about today. Lots of change happening on the floor over the last 6 months and some people don't like change. Oracle team decimated by failed project and complain. Very few in the business know much about the business. Rumor is company profits down, no bonus of any kind, and raise this year looks grim. Overall morale pretty low.

    Advice to Management

I have been at TPC for a little while and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. The last 6 months were significantly better than previous 6. We need to figure out how to get more sales in the building. Whatever we do as a company, we need to focus on that.

    Pros

Freedom, Great compensation for hours worked. For people who are self motivated, this company offers an amazing opportunity to earn great money while working a flexible schedule. The home office is very innovative and at the forefront of most technology. They offer excellent training through both live company events and on demand virtual training.

    Cons

Success requires being available to customers and consultants at all different times, primarily in the evening.
