    Independent Advanced Director Review

    Advanced Director (Current Employee)

ProsAs an independent consultant, I have never worked with a company that is more supportive of it's field staff. In addition to providing excellent products with rare return or problem issues, customer service staff and field leaders are attentive, learned and provide valuable feedback on issues and ideas for training, selling and expanding individual businesses. Consultants are handsomely rewarded for efforts and recognized for achievements. So glad I found this company 17 years ago!

ConsConservative company, so therefore sometimes a bit behind the eight ball in technology and some internal workings, as well as public relations efforts and mass marketing.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis is such a quality company with fabulous products. The Pampered Chef needs to look seriously at cultivating the food industry media, bloggers and media personalities to get products out there being discussed for the masses. That will drive much needed website activity and increase overall business leads in the field.

Pampered Chef is a consultant based business

Independent Consultant (Current Employee) Boston, MA

Prosself employed, buy own supplies, make own hours, make as much money as one would like,
as much work as one can do is possible to make money

Conshave to keep very, very accurate records for tax purposes, miles, supplies, etc.
have to buy own supplies from the company to use to place orders and give to
    clients for order placing

Advice to Senior Managementdon't keep changing the color only of the products from catalog to catalog, no one is fooled into thinking that this is a different product and don't advertise it as such
