Pros – Revenue growth was exciting to see. Very fast paced environment providing a lot of challenges to overcome. Great people that are dedicated to make sure that customers are serviced.
Cons – Poor executive management making it difficult for associates to thrive.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat people with respect.
