Current Employee – been working at Panera Bread
Pros – Free drinks and coffee
Discount on food
Free bakery items after closing
Great people to work with
Nice atmosphere
Coworkers will help you adjust to working anywhere
Cons – Sick of food after a few weeks
A new employee hired every day
Different managers every day
Pay is too low
Cutting hours, not enough for everyone
Some managers are JERKS
Customers are extremely RUDE and MEAN and completely RIDICULOUS
Advice to Senior Management – Schedule should be available online, always calling or coming in on days off is extremely annoying for some just to get our schedules
Starting pay should be higher and equal for everyone until they prove themselves capable
STOP BEING JERKS
NO YELLING, KEEP IT CIVILIZED
